If you are disgusted at the extortionate price of fuel and feel helpless to stop it then join us. We are commited to giving a voice to the British Public and making sure the government understand just how unhappy we all are at the disgraceful amount of fuel duty that is being taken from us every time we fill our tanks.

Think about the price of petrol at around a staggering £1.35 a litre at the pump. The retailer gets just 5p of this. With a further 47p going to the fuel company for finding, extracting, refining and distribution.

The rest of the 83p or around 61% of the price you pay at the pump goes to the HMRC in the form of Fuel Duty and VAT.

So a typical £65 fill up means

  • £ 2.50 - Retailer / Garage
  • £22.50 - Oil Company
  • £40.00 - Tax
